Week 11 Check-In

This week marked a milestone for me: 50 pounds lost. While my clothes feel looser and I’m starting to see a difference in the mirror, I don’t feel much different as I move throughout the day.


The world around me has pretty much shut down as we try to head off the coronavirus, so I’m staying home as much as possible. Rather than going to the gym, I’m back on the treadmill.
